Paul Started his musical journey back in the mid 80's taking guitar lesson from the late great Mr. John Lachapelle, renowned guitar teacher here in the Tri Cites, rumor has it he played in the Lawerence Welk Band at one time in his career. He quickly joined the music scene playing bass for the Robert Ray Blues Band locally. After Falling in love with the stage, Paul moved to Spokane in the mid 90's to pursue his musical passions, eventually putting together one of the top R&B bands in the Spokane area in the 2001. He enjoyed several years playing with this band, having the opportunity to open up for several national acts, and perform in the best venues and events the Spokane area has the offer. His love of performing has allowed him to experience and perform many different styles of music to include blues, rock, classic rock, r&b, funk. Loving them all, blues remains his main passion to this day. Moving back to the Tri Cities in 2004, Paul struggled with not performing, and decided once again to put together a band and hit the music scene again. After several failed attempts, and several members later, Sugurbush has finally arrived. And hopefully with a little luck and hard work, Sugarbush will become one of Tri Cities Premier dance bands for years to come....
